FAQ

Q1: Why there is no video output?
1. Pls check the input and output device connection is alright ,the HDMI cable is alright and the HDMI cable connection is alright.
2. Pls use standard HDMI cable.


Q2. Why there is no audio output from HDMI port?
1. Pls make sure that there is audio output function on the monitor.
2. Pls set the external monitor as default audio output device.


Q3. The device I connect didn't work, or the laptop suddenly shuts down?
Pls connect the PD charger because connected devices consume too much power.


Q4. When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly?
Pls add a USB 2.0 extension cable between the HUB and the receiver. Because most wireless device like mouse, keyboard, and Bluetooth device work in the 2.4 Ghz wireless band. USB 3.0 Port has potential for interference that can affect the device's performance.
